Koala

Phascolarctos cinereus

One of my favourite animals and favourite illustrations I've done so far. I used a mix of stipple work & dash marks - the latter to reflect its gorgeous fluffy fur!

The stamp style circle pattern is a nod to those typically seen in Australian Art, where of course, the koala is native to.

Fave fact about koalas: They sleep for 20 hours a day!
